The Executive Director of the Kaduna International Film Festival (KADIFF), Audu Kashim Israel, paid a courtesy visit to the Honorable Minister of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy, Barrister Hannatu Musa Musawa, yesterday. The visit aimed to discuss the upcoming 7th edition of the festival and explore potential collaboration between KADIFF and the federal ministry.
During the meeting, Audu extended an invitation to the Minister to serve as a special guest at the festival’s opening ceremony. The Minister assured Audu of her full support for the festival and the creative industry, stating, “We will work closely to support and make the 8th and subsequent editions better than previous ones.”
Audu was accompanied by Sunday Akende, Personal Assistant to the Executive Director of KADIFF, and Ambrose Fadoyin, Senior Special Assistant on Media and Communications. The KADIFF team was also received by staff and management of the ministry.
This partnership is expected to further boost the growth and development of the Nigerian film industry, and we look forward to a successful 7th edition of the Kaduna International Film Festival.
