The All Progressives Congress (APC) has strongly criticized Atiku Abubakar, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), for his relentless pursuit of President Bola Tinubu’s academic records. The Chicago State University (CSU) recently released President Tinubu’s academic records following a court order, which Atiku had sought to support his electoral case at the Supreme Court.
In an interview with The Punch, APC’s National Publicity Director, Bala Ibrahim, accused Atiku of suffering from ‘post-election defeat disorder,’ labeling him a ‘serial loser.’ Ibrahim dismissed Atiku’s request for Tinubu’s academic records as futile, suggesting that the PDP has yet to recover from their loss in the presidential election.
Ibrahim criticized the PDP and Atiku, claiming they are plagued by a ‘defeat disorder syndrome’ and mocked their relentless questioning, even suggesting they might question divine creation. He emphasized the need for psychiatric assessment, asserting that without treatment, they would continue to exhibit ‘stupidity.’
Further chastising the PDP for their refusal to accept defeat, Ibrahim advised Atiku Abubakar to retire from public life, citing previous electoral losses and court rejections. He emphasized that the case was settled, urging Atiku to swallow his pride and exit the political arena.”
