The Chief Magistrate, Mr Emmanuel Idowu, ordered the remand of the defendant at Abolongo Correctional facility, Oyo town and adjourned the matter until April 8, to enable the prosecution present facts of the case.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, Sgt . Iyabo Oladoyin told the court that the defendant on March 28, at about 10p.m. at Royal Spices, Oluyole Estate area, Ibadan, allegedly stole 174 pieces of bread baking pan, valued at N475,000.
