Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, emphasized his administration’s commitment to fulfilling promises to the people during the commissioning of the dualised Omoku-Egbema road project. Held at the Masters Junction, Obrikom road, Omoku, Rivers State, Governor Fubara reiterated his administration’s dedication to prioritizing the interests of Rivers State above all else.
Highlighting the significance of the dualised Omoku-Egbema road, Governor Fubara stated that its completion showcased the administration’s ability to deliver on seemingly impossible projects within record time. He assured the people of more developmental projects in the area and pledged to complete the remaining 300 meters of the road, linking the state to Imo State.
Former Governor Sir Dr Peter Odili, serving as the special guest of honour, praised Governor Fubara’s leadership, describing him as a humble man of God with a deep commitment to serving the people. Dr. Odili lauded Governor Fubara’s focus on governance centered around the people, emphasizing their importance as the state’s greatest asset. He expressed confidence in Governor Fubara’s leadership, assuring continued support from the people of Rivers State due to his trustworthiness and dedication to their welfare.
Dr. Odili further noted the significant impact of Governor Fubara’s administration on the Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area, stating that it guaranteed unwavering support from the people in future elections.
