In anticipation of the forthcoming gathering of Taraba residents in Abuja on December 15, 2024, Tne association Chairman Comrade Daniel Likam stated that the event aims to commemorate their cultural heritage, promote unity, and strengthen bonds among Tarabans residing in the nation’s capital.
Speaking earlier today during a press conference in Abuja, Comr. Likam emphasized that the annual program serves as a catalyst for community spirit, highlighting the significance of connection and collective progress. He noted that the event provides an opportunity for the Taraba community to discuss and address pressing issues affecting their state and residents’ welfare.
“The program will enable us to rediscover and celebrate Taraba’s rich cultural heritage, traditions, and core values.”
Furthermore, he stressed the importance of networking, stating that collaboration is key to members’ growth, fostering relationships, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Comr. Likam highlighted the benefits of participation, including cultural enrichment, personal growth, career opportunities, and a sense of belonging.
“Taraba Day 2024 will unite Taraba State sons and daughters in Abuja and surrounding areas; we invite suggestions from esteemed partners and well-wishers to make this event memorable.”
