Former Governor of Imo State, Loses Mother

The mother of the former governor of Imo State, Dame Dorothy Nsonma Ihedioha, has passed away.

This was announced by the former governor, Emeka Ihedioha, via his twitter handle on Friday, she died on Thursday in Abuja at the of 90.

“After a fruitful and eventful life of God’s abundant mercies and grace, our mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Dame Dorothy Nsonma Ihedioha (Nee Okereke), graciously transited to eternity on Thursday 20^th April in Abuja, with her family by her side”, Ihedioha wrote.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
