In a recent podcast interview, renowned chef Hilda Baci, known for breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon, shared her perspective on relationships, stating why she prefers a man who cannot cook.
During the conversation, Baci expressed her love for cooking and disclosed that she does not desire a partner with culinary skills. She emphasized her enjoyment of preparing meals for her loved ones, describing it as a personal expression of care. Baci mentioned that she takes pleasure in surprising her friends and especially her significant other with dishes she personally cooks.
“I don’t want a man that knows how to cook, I don’t want it. I like cooking so much; my friends will tell you like how Hilda would show you love, she would send you food she would cook for you, so that is kind of one of the things I like to do for the people I care about, especially for my man,” she explained. Baci highlighted her willingness to go the extra mile for her loved ones, even if it means waking up in the middle of the night to fulfill a food request.
The Guinness World Record holder, who recently lost her title to Irish chef Alan Fisher, had achieved the remarkable feat by cooking non-stop for four days. Despite the change in her record status, Baci’s culinary passion remains evident, and her preference for a man who orders her food rather than cooking aligns with her personal approach to expressing love through food.
