Pogba explained, “I saw different kinds of leaders, and I saw Zlatan (Ibrahimovic), he was a harsh leader. He wanted you to win, and he expressed it in a harsh way. Some people responded positively to his approach, while others did not. It had the power to either motivate you or bring you down. Dealing with Zlatan required mental strength, similar to the style of Michael Jordan.”
